I would come here again. The rooms are fantastic and accommodating, with mini-fridge and very comfortable Hilton beds. The property has a nice bar.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The breakfasts offered were very good with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location, right off a restaurant and close to Allen/McKinney and Allen Event Center, was perfect and wonderful.

The staff is very well mannered. The rooms are large, updated, and offer magnificent views. The location is perfect for events on Stacy in Allen, as well as being close to Plano, Allen, Dallas, outlet malls.

A major plus is how spotless and modern the room looked with extra room after the upgrade. 🌟

During my recent stay at the Hilton Garden in Allen, I was amazed by the stunning lobby and the incredibly warm and friendly staff. The level of customer service I received was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met.

Now, let me tell you about my room. Unfortunately, the furniture was a bit dated and could use a refresh.

Noise in hall is in your room. Even in elevator across the hall... makes place no better than * motel.

I was offered a very good breakfast with many options;)))

The facilities were clean. The staff were outstandingly accommodating. The food was amazing. The bar was nice. The setting was ideal, close to Allen Event Center, a great restaurant, and the outlet malls.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Allen, Texas and I must say, it was a great experience. Firstly, the location of this hotel was perfect - right off the freeway and close to the event center, shopping, and restaurants. It made exploring the area so much easier.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was a great one. I couldn't find any faults worth mentioning.

The cleanliness

Not bad experience but think they should have breakfast included. also the mattress was hard. Maybe have a pillow top.

Staff was wonderful. Lobby and outside sitting was great.

I am going to contact Hilton. The bed was horrible. The a/c unit did NOT cool the bedroom. I had a sitting area and bedroom area.

Great staff, always at the front desk and very friendly. Convenient location with easy access to highways. Spacious and clean rooms, with the option to choose a room away from the highway noise.

Some maintenance issues like a non-cooling room, jets not working in the jacuzzi tub, and a dirty and cloudy pool. Overpriced bar with high drink prices and expensive breakfast buffet.

Our stay was good the staff accommodated our early check in request. We went to a baby shower in one of the banquet halls they did a great job!

This venue is peacefully located in a great spot, with friendly staff and a wonderful spacious room.
